Refund and Returns Policy

If you’re having second thoughts about your gear, don’t worry; you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. If our product doesn’t perform for you, we’ll take it back.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. 
  • Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off. 
  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition. 
  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, any type of underwear or socks cannot be returned.
  • If you are returning items from multiple orders, please ensure these are returned separately to avoid any complications.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We are sorry that you received a faulty item! 

Please contact info@pantherabrand.com and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.

All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

RETURNS INFORMATION

You will be responsible for the cost of your return.
